Ammi Visnaga 1x: Helps to relieve the complaints by liquifying the mucous.

Aralia Racemosa 2x:  Dry cough coming on after first sleep, about middle of night. Rawness and constriction of chest with obstruction of nose after sleeping or lying down.

Grindelia Robusta 2x: Breathlessness conditions, chronic breathing problems with profuse expectoration, cannot breathe lying down.

Hedera Helix 6x: Reduces inflammation of the air passages.

Ipecacuanha 4x: Constant constriction in chest,  difficult/ shortness of breathing. Continued sneezing, coryza, wheezing cough,  bleeding from lungs, with nausea; feeling of constriction; rattling cough.

Lobelia Inflata 3x: Dyspnea from constriction of chest; attacks, with weakness, felt in pit of stomach. Cramp, ringing cough, short breath, catching at throat.

Adults: 20 drops in a tablespoon of water, 1/2 an hour before eating, 3 to 5 times daily.

Children: half the adult dose. Or as directed by the physician.
